Roche ( / ɹəʊtʃ /, cornish: Tregarrek ) is a civil parish and village in central Cornwall, England. The village's name comes from the Norman word for roche rock and refers to the situated at the northern edge of the village 20 meters high, Roche Rock, a large Granitausbiss. At the top of Roche rock are the ruins of a chapel dedicated to St. Michael. He is associated with the legend of Tristan and Isolde.

The parish church is dedicated to St. Roche Gonandus. The tower dates from the Middle Ages, the rest of the church was rebuilt in 1822. Worth seeing are the Norman font and the cemetery cross.

Roche can be reached via the same breakpoint on the Atlantic Coast Line from Par to Newquay.
