Roda Antar
Roda Antar (Arabic: رضا عنتر ) (born 12 September 1980 in Freetown, Sierra Leone) is a Lebanese football player. He is a midfielder.
Career
Antar began his career in Lebanon in Tadamon Sur Club. In 2001, he was for two years on loan for the sum of 250,000 euros for Hamburger SV. For the hamburger he graduated in the past two years a total of 22 games, scoring two goals. One also agreed purchase option was not considered by the HSV in those two years, and so the offensive all-rounder in 2003 came free transfer to SC Freiburg.
After a serious injury, he debuted in December for the sports club and scored on his debut three goals in a 4-2 win over VfL Bochum. Since these three goals, he is referred to in the Freiburgers as a football god. In 2004, he landed in the choice of Asia's Player of the Year Ali Karimi behind on rank 2 until relegation from the Bundesliga 1 2005, he played 44 times for the Breisgauer and was able to achieve ten goals.
For the season 2007/2008 1.FC Köln Roda Antar obligation free transfer. At the 1st FC Cologne Roda Antar received a three -year contract.
His hit bicycle kick in the home game against Wehen was voted Goal of the Month of March 2008. In the 2007 /08 season he was involved in the Cologne promotion to the Bundesliga, scoring both goals in the penultimate round a decisive 2-0 victory against 1 FSV Mainz 05
After a weak first round athletic and repeated publicly expressed displeasure expressions and change intentions Roda Antar has been exempted from the training of the professionals of the 1st FC Cologne on 11 February 2009.
On 13 March 2009 Antar joined the Chinese first division club Shandong Luneng, with whom he was 2010 champion.
On 1 January 2014 Antar joined the Chinese league rivals Jiangsu Sainty.
Internationally
Antar gave his debut in 2000 in the Lebanese National Team. He is considered a big star in his country, he played 43 times for the Lebanese national team, scoring 18 goals. He participated with his country at the Asia Cup 2000 in Lebanon. For a long time he was the captain of the national team.
On March 25, 2013 Antar ended with immediate effect his international career. The 32 -year-old record player in Lebanon and wants to fully concentrate on his club Shandong Luneng now.
