Roger Morin

Roger Paul Morin ( born March 7 1941 in Lowell ) is an American clergyman and bishop of Biloxi.

Life

Roger Paul Morin received on 15 April 1971, the ordination.

Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop on 11 February 2003 in New Orleans and Titular Bishop of Aulona. The Archbishop of New Orleans Alfred Clifton Hughes, gave him on 22 April of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the retired archbishops of New Orleans Philip Matthew Hannan and Francis Schulte Bible. As a motto he chose Walk Humbly and Act Justly.

On 2 March 2009 he was appointed Bishop of Biloxi and introduced into the office on 27 April of the same year.
