Roger Rossat-Mignod

Roger Rossat - Mignod ( born September 23, 1946 in Flumet ) is a French former alpine skier. He drove in all disciplines and was particularly successful in the giant slalom.

Biography

The first points in a World Cup race got Rossat - Mignod on January 6, 1967 as the fifth in the giant slalom in Berchtesgaden. In the following winter he never went into the points, which is why he did not make the qualification for the Olympic Winter Games 1968. In the 1968/69 season he scored two top-10 results in the season 1969/70, however, only one.

In the 1970/71 season Rossat - Mignod could achieve three results in the top ten. He had his most successful season in the 1971 season / 72nd He won on January 10, 1972 giant slalom in Berchtesgaden, and two months later was third in Pra -Loup. At the Olympic Winter Games in 1972, he was 15th in the downhill, while he retired in Giant Slalom ( after eight best time in the first run ).
