Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Huambo

The Archdiocese of Huambo (Latin: Archidioecesis Huambensis ) is a Roman Catholic Archdiocese in Huambo, Angola. It has been released on September 4, 1940 as Nova Lisboa diocese from the diocese Angole e Congo, it counted 1950 394 629 Catholics (30.7% ) in 37 parishes with 13 diocesan priests, 102 religious priests and 98 nuns.
