Roman Catholic Diocese of Bagdogra

The Diocese of Bagdogra (Latin: Dioecesis Bagdograna ) is a location in West Bengal in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Bagdogra. It includes a part of the district of Darjeeling.

History

Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Cunctae catholicae Ecclesiae on 14 June 1997 of territory of the Diocese of Darjeeling and it was the Archdiocese of Calcutta assumed as suffragan.
