The Diocese of Barretos (Latin: Dioecesis Barretensis ) is a located in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Barretos in the state of São Paulo.

History

The Diocese of Barretos was posted on April 14, 1973 by Pope Paul VI. built out of territory of the Archdiocese of Ribeirão Preto and the bishopric Jaboticabal. It was the archbishopric of Ribeirão Preto is a suffragan.
