Roman Catholic Diocese of Chiclayo

The Diocese of Chiclayo (Latin Dioecesis Chiclayensis ) is located in northern Peru Roman Catholic diocese based in Chiclayo.

The Diocese of Chiclayo was built from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Trujillo and of the Diocese of Cajamarca on 17 December 1956. It is the Archdiocese of Piura is a suffragan.

The diocese comprises the territory of the Lambayeque region.
