Roman Catholic Diocese of Dipolog
The Diocese of Dipolog (Latin: Dioecesis Dipologanus ) is a location in the Philippines Roman Catholic diocese based in Dipolog. It includes the province of Zamboanga del Norte.
History
Pope Paul VI. founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Quantum cheers on July 31, 1967 from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Zamboanga, where it was assumed as a suffragan. On January 24, 1983, was part of the ecclesiastical province of the Archdiocese of Ozamiz.
