Roman Catholic Diocese of Doba

The Diocese of Doba (Latin: Dioecesis Dobanus ) is a facility located in Chad Roman Catholic diocese based in Doba.

History

The Diocese of Doba was built on 6 March 1989 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Inter cetera out of territory of the diocese and the Archdiocese of N'Djamena Moundou a suffragan. First bishop was Michele Russo MCCJ.

The Diocese of Doba announced on November 28, 1998 from parts of its territory to the founding of the dioceses Goré and Lai.
