Roman Catholic Diocese of Farafangana

The diocese Farafangana in Madagascar is among the dioceses Ambositra, Ihosy and Mananjary to the Roman Catholic Ecclesiastical Province of Fianarantsoa.

The Diocese Farafangana was built in 1957 and has an area of ​​20,392 km ², 900,000 inhabitants, of which 75 % animists and about 18 % Catholics ( 70,000 ).
