The Diocese of Hazaribag (Latin: Dioecesis Hazaribaganus ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Hazaribag.

History

The Diocese of Hazaribag was established on 1 April 1995 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Cum ad aeternam out of territory of the Diocese of Daltonganj and the Archdiocese of Ranchi is a suffragan. First bishop was Charles Soreng SJ.
