Roman Catholic Diocese of Kenge
The Diocese of Kenge (Latin: Dioecesis Kengensis ) is a located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo Roman Catholic diocese based in Kenge.
History
The Diocese of Kenge was born on July 5, 1957 by Pope Pius XII. built with the Apostolic Constitution Illa save from annexations of the Apostolic Vicariate Kikwit and Kisantu as Apostolic Prefecture Kenge. On July 6, 1963, the Apostolic Prefecture Kenge was by Pope Paul VI. raised to the bishopric.
The Diocese of Kenge is the Archdiocese of Kinshasa is a suffragan.
