The Diocese of Kohima (Latin: Dioecesis Kohimaensis ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Kohima.

History

The Diocese of Kohima was posted on January 29, 1973 by Pope Paul VI. out of territory of the diocese of Dibrugarh diocese of Kohima - Imphal built as. On March 28, 1980, the Diocese of Kohima - Imphal was divided into the dioceses of Kohima and Imphal. The Diocese of Kohima in 1995 the archbishopric of Imphal is a suffragan.
