Roman Catholic Diocese of Dibrugarh
The Diocese of Dibrugarh (Latin: Dioecesis Dibrugarhensis ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Dibrugarh.
History
Pope Pius XII. founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Ad aptius fovendum on July 12 in 1951 of territory of the Diocese of Shillong and it became the Archdiocese of Guwahati assumed as suffragan.
It later lost part of its territory in favor of the establishment of new dioceses:

The Diocese of Dibrugarh comprises the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Sivasagar, Jorhat and Golaghat in Assam.
