History
The Diocese of Macerata - Tolentino - Recanati - Cingoli - Treia was posted on November 18, 1320 by Pope John XXII. erected as a diocese of Macerata. The diocese was annexed to the diocese of Macerata, Tolentino on December 10, 1586.
