Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Pesaro

The Archdiocese of Pesaro (Latin: Archidiocesis Pisaurensis, Italian: Arcidiocesi di Pesaro ) is a located in Italy Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic church located in Pesaro.

It has existed since the 3rd century. Originally standing as a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Urbino - Urbania -Sant'Angelo in Vado, the ecclesiastical province by Pope John Paul II on 11 March 2000 resolved with the Apostolic Constitution Quo maiori and Pesaro elevated to archdiocese and metropolitan see him and the Archdiocese of Urbino - Urbania -Sant'Angelo in Vado and the Diocese of Fano Fossombrone - Cagli pergola assigned as suffragan sees.
