History
The Diocese of Navrongo - Bolgatanga was posted on April 23, 1956 by Pope Pius XII. built out of territory of the dioceses Tamale and Navrongo Diocese as Keta and the Archdiocese of Cape Coast is a suffragan. On 30 May 1977, the Diocese of Navrongo was renamed Diocese of Navrongo - Bolgatanga and the Archdiocese of Tamale is a suffragan
