The Diocese of Piedras Negras (Latin: Dioecesis Saxanigrensis, Spanish: diócesis de Piedras Negras ) is a location in Mexico Roman Catholic diocese based in Piedras Negras.

History

The Diocese of Piedras Negras was built on 8 January 2003 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Sollicitus de spirituali out of territory of the Diocese of Saltillo and Monterrey the Archdiocese is a suffragan. First bishop was Alonso Gerardo Garza Treviño.
