The Diocese of Tlapa (Latin: Dioecesis Tlapensis, Spanish: diócesis de Tlapa ) is a location in Mexico Roman Catholic diocese based in Tlapa.

History

The Diocese of Tlapa was established on January 4, 1992 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Efflorescentem Mexici out of territory of the Diocese of Chilpancingo - Chilapa and the Archdiocese of Acapulco is a suffragan.
