Roman Catholic Diocese of Uijeongbu

The diocese of Uijongbu (Latin: Dioecesis Uiiongbuensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in South Korea, which was erected by Pope John Paul II on 24 June 2004 on a section of the Archdiocese of Seoul and subordinate to the same Metropolitanerzdiözese suffragan.

The diocese includes the cities of Uijeongbu Uijongbu, Koyang, Kuri, Namyang, Paju, Tongducho - Yangju and Yeonchin. It is bounded on the east by the Diocese of Chunchon and in the south, southwest and southeast of the Archdiocese of Seoul.
