Roman Catholic Diocese of Vincennes, Indiana

Vincennes is a Roman Catholic titular.

On May 6, 1834, established the diocese of Vincennes from areas of the Diocese of Bardstown (USA), which gave 1843 establishing areas of the Diocese of Chicago and in 1857 establishing areas of the Diocese of Fort Wayne. It belonged to the Ecclesiastical Province of Cincinnati and was replaced on 28 March in 1898 by the Diocese of Indianapolis.
