The Diocese of Warri (Latin: Dioecesis Varriensis ) is a location in Nigeria Roman Catholic diocese based in Warri.

History

The Diocese of Warri was born on March 10, 1964 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Legem Christ of cessions of territory of the Diocese of Benin City. On March 17, 1991, the Diocese of Warri were parts of its territory establishing the mission sui juris Bomadi from. The Diocese of Warri was placed under the Archdiocese of Benin City, suffragan on 26 March 1994.
