Roman Catholic Diocese of Yamoussoukro
The Diocese of Yamoussoukro (Latin: Dioecesis Yamussukroensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in the Ivory Coast, based in Yamoussoukro.
In the area of the diocese is the largest and second largest church building in Christendom, the Basilica Notre- Dame de la Paix. However, this is not at the same time the bishop's church, but "only" a basilica. Seat of the Bishop is the much smaller Cathédrale Saint -Augustin.
