Review

The debut Melody A.M. has been stylistically compared to Goldfrapp and Air. It has been described as one of the most intriguing downbeat albums of the year. Blessed was the combination of beeping synthesizers of the 1980s, creaking back beats and dreamy voice. The following album, The Understanding received ambivalent reviews. On one hand, a certain disorientation between airy sound and trendy pieces was criticized, while New Musical Express grade the band as Pink Floyd for filling the huge stadiums, melancholy techno -characterized. Even the maturing process of the band was highlighted positive.

The album was released digitally on 16 junior and on CD on March 23, 2009; Started the single Happy up here was decoupled. This song has been heard on January 9, 2009 BBC Radio 1. The music video for Happy up here used graphics from the arcade game Space Invaders. At a junior many more disco -heavy pieces are included which have the familiar of the two previous albums melancholy character replaced with a few exceptions. Only Röyksopp Forever, You Do not Have a Clue and partly Miss It So Much reminiscent of sounds from Melody AM and The Understanding. With artists like Robyn, Lykke Li and Fever Ray many well-known guests are also represented on the album.
