Ruch Radzionków

Ruch Radzionków (official club Sportowy Ruch Radzionków ) is a Polish football club from Upper Silesia.

The club was founded in 1919 and won the late 1990s, his biggest club successes, as they played between 1998 and 2001 in the Ekstraklasa and 1998 was able to move into the quarter- finals of the Polish Cup. After the club was submerged into oblivion, he could re- create the 2009 promotion to the third-highest Polish league. This sporty running the team could stop by targeted reinforcements and increased in the following year directly as champions of the second league zachodnia (2nd League West ) in the first league. At the beginning of the 2012/13 season but the club withdrew from the league.

Particularly controversial is the relationship with the fans of Polonia Bytom, as the two cities are close together, the fan groups are mixed in different quarters and both stages no 5 km separates.
