Rüdiger Rehm

Rüdiger Rehm (born 22 November 1978) is a former German football player and current coach.

Career

Rehm played in youth VfR Heilbronn, with whom he won the DFB Junior Club Cup 1996. A season later he was already four times in the men's team ( fifth division ) are used. His professional career began at Waldhof Mannheim, where he played from 1997 to 2001. He then played one year each for the second division 1 FC Saarbrücken and SSV Reutlingen 05, with which he descended into the respective Regional, and two years at FC Erzgebirge Aue and Kickers Offenbach. In the first round 2007/2008 he was in the Regionalliga Süd in FSV Oggersheim under contract. From 1 February 2008, he played for TSV Crailsheim in the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg.

Rüdiger Rehm had since the 08/ 09 season, assistant coach at the regional league SG Sonnenhof Großaspach. He was also active as a player. In autumn 2008, Rehm jumped in three games for head coach Thomas Letsch who wanted to engage an arbitrator in a scuffle after a game and thereby drew upon a ruptured spleen, as ( Player ) a coach. For the 2011/12 season Rehm was meant for greater responsibility in the coaching staff and he became the first assistant coach and for nurmehr stand-by players. On June 28, 2012, he took over the head coaching job at SG Sonnenhof Großaspach.

Rehm played 188 games in the second division during his career. He was sent off in the 2nd League nine times and thus holds together with Willi Landgraf the record for dismissals.
