Russell Napier

Russell Napier ( born November 28, 1910 in Perth, Australia, † August 19 1974 in London, England) was an Australian actor.

Russell Napier was born in Perth, Western Australia. Actually, Napier was a lawyer, but he worked as an actor 1947 until 1974. He played both comic and serious roles in movies and TV films. So he plays, for example, in the first film version of HG Wells the time machine in 1949. From this film, there are no more copies. He in thirteen films to see in the role of Scotland Yard Superintendent Duggan in the years 1953 until 1961.
