Büyük Şahinbey Kasabası (old name Körkün ) is a village with about 2000 inhabitants and a district in the southern province of Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey near the airport. Part of the city is located in Gaziantep Şahinbey.

It is named after the commander of the Şahinbey Kuvayı Milliye in Antep Şahin Bey, who was killed during the French occupation of the city Antep after the First World War. Throughout the county lived 721 982 people in 2009.

It is known for its agricultural products in Gaziantep, these include grapes, pistachios and common vegetables.
