Saint-Martin national football team
The national football team of Saint- Martin is the team of the French part of the Caribbean island of St. Martin ( not to be confused with the crew of the Dutch part of the island, the national football team of Sint Maarten ). Saint -Martin is not a member of the world football governing body FIFA and therefore does not participate in qualifying matches to soccer world championships. However, it takes as a member of the continental federation CONCACAF part in local competitions, but there is one of the most unsuccessful teams.
In addition, the selection at the Coupe de l' Outre- Mer, the competition for national teams from France's overseas territories eligible. 2008, 2010 and 2012, however, it has waived.
