Wedding - No Thanks! (Hindi: सलाम नमस्ते, Salām Namaste; Salām is the greeting used by Muslims, the Namaste used by Hindus ) is a Bollywood film that completely plays in Australia and was also filmed there. Action

The film is about two Indians, Nikhil "Nick" Arora and Ambar Malhotra, who have left India to live their own life in Australia: Nick has a degree in architecture in his hometown Ludhiana left behind (his parents know nothing about it ), and moved to Melbourne, Australia to be a chef in his own restaurant called Nick of Time, which ensures that he lead a relaxed lifestyle and he can sleep till late in the morning. Background

The film was originally to be shot in San Francisco, but the director Siddharth Anand visited Melbourne in 2004 and was so impressed by the city that he decided to let them play Salaam Namaste in Australia.
