Salim Aribi

Salim Aribi (Arabic سليم عريبي; born December 16, 1974 in Batna ) is a retired Algerian football player. He played 16 games for the Algerian national team.

Salim Aribi began his career with the first division club CA Batna in his hometown. In 2002 he moved to USM Algiers. After five years he returned to the now relegated CA Batna. Two years later he succeeded with his team the rise. After another year in the first division Aribi ended his career.

In the Algerian national team, he made ​​his debut on 14 May 2002 in a friendly match against Belgium. When Afrikacup 2004 Aribi stood in the squad and came in four games for use. After the tournament, he came only twice to Algeria for use. On June 5, 2004, he completed his last international match in a qualifying match for the 2006 World Cup against Angola (0-0 ).
