Although born in Marseille, Arrache began his career in 2001 with Racing Strasbourg. First used in the second team, he was able to play after two years in the field of view of the coach of the first team Antoine Kombouare and this brought him to the 2003/04 season in the senior squad for the first team. Nevertheless, he still regularly played games in the reserve of the club. In the following season 2004 /05 he became the starting players and completed 33 games. He completed four more brief appearances during the 2006/07 season and was able to celebrate the Vice Champion title as well as the entry into the Cup final with the South of France. He could not properly take root, however. In the first half of the following season, he went to just eight short assignments. Therefore, the association decided to rent a midfielder for six months to FC Toulouse, where he should get match practice. After half a year there with regular inserts, decided the OM responsible Arrache for the 2008/ 09 season to give the second time and found with Stade Reims, a team which consented to the exchange transaction.
