Salober

Salober from the southwest, from the beginning of Nordwestgrates to run Eck

The Salober is a 2,088 meter high Grasberg in the Allgäu Alps. It is located northeast of the run Eck.

On the Salober leads no marked path. It may be pathless reached by the Feldalpe. This increase requires a head for heights and sure-footedness. Occasionally, the ascent of Salobers done in the course of exceeding the entire ridge of the gable over the Berggächtle to run Eck by experienced mountaineers ( Difficulty: III).

The Botany of Salober is similarly rich as the other grass Allgäu mountains.
