Samuel Sam-Sumana

Samuel Sam Sumana, ( born April 17, 1962 in Koidu, Kono District, Eastern Province ), mostly short Sam Sumana, since September 17, 2007 Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. He is a member of the All People's Congress ( APC).

He is married to Khadija Sam - Sumana.

Training

Sam Sumana visited the " jaima Secondary School " in Kono and " Ahmadiya Secondary School " in Freetown.

He finished a degree in Management Information Systems at the Metropolitan State University, Minnesota, USA with a Bachelor of Science. He also holds Diploma in diamonds customer of the America Institution of Diamond Cutting and Polishing, Deerfield Beach, Florida, USA and as a computer network specialist at Knoll wood Computer and Business School, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA.

Career

Sumana worked as a system manager during his studies in the United States. Prior to his appointment as Vidzepräsident he was chairman of a Sierra Leonean construction company with a focus on human resources management and the national diamond company. The construction of his home region of Kono was him during the Civil War 's heart.

Political career

On 17 September 2007 Sumana was appointed Vice President. The appeal is based on his entrepreneurial skills, his contributions to the development of the Kono district and his leadership style.
