San Bruno is a city on the peninsula of Baja California (Spanish Baja California) in the Gulf of California. It is located in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, about 20 km north of the town of Mulege.

In 1683 the Jesuits founded here Misión San Bruno. Already in 1685, only two years later, she was again abandoned. Originally started in the vicinity of the mission of the Royal (Spanish El Camino Real).
