San Francisco de Coray is a village in the department of Valle in southwestern Honduras. The population was not included in the census in 1998; at the 2001 census, 1,283 inhabitants were counted. The estimated population in 2009 is 1,550. The place is accessible by road Carratera Ms Vecinal.

Terence Sierra, full name Terence Esteban Sierra Romero (1839-1907), who was 1903 President of Honduras from 1 February 1899 to 1 February, was born in this place.
