The Río San Juan del Oro ( in Argentina: Río Grande de San Juan ) is a river in the Andes mountains of Argentina and Bolivia.

The river has a total length of 388 kilometers, of which lie the first 46 km on Argentine territory. In the first thirty kilometers the river accompanied the Argentine national road RN 40 and passes through the two towns of San Juan y Oro and San Juan de Oro. He then turns north towards the neighboring country of Bolivia, whose border he reached the mouth of the inflowing from the west Río San Antonio. On the following 56 km is the San Juan border river between the Argentine province of Jujuy in the east and the Bolivian province Sur Lípez in the West. The main part of the river, namely the following 286 km, lie on Bolivian territory. Over a distance of about 160 kilometers of the San Juan flows more or less in an easterly direction, before he turns to his last 125 kilometers to the north until it joins near the city of Villa Abecia with the Río Tumusla and then the name Río Camblaya bears.
