The Río San Pedro is a river in the Cordillera Central in the eastern Andean mountains of Bolivia.

The Río San Pedro has a total length of 100 kilometers. It is formed at a height of 2735 m at the confluence of Río Sacani and Río Molino in the municipality of Tupiza in the province Sur chichas in the department of Potosí. The river flows along its entire length in a largely south-easterly direction, and joins at an altitude of 1659 m with the Río Caine for Río Grande, a tributary of the Río Mamoré.
