Sandy Baron

Sandy Baron, actually Sanford Beresofsky ( born May 5, 1937 in New York City, New York, † 21 January 2001 in Van Nuys, California ) was an American actor.

Life

Sandy Baron grew up in Brooklyn to Jewish parents. He graduated from Brooklyn College and worked in the summer in the Catskill Mountains, where he came in contact with some young comedians. In 1962 he completed his Broadway debut. Within two years, Baron made ​​a name for himself as a comedian. In 1964 he released an album titled The Race! Race! . He described it himself as a " comedy album about hatred, prejudice, bigotry and other nonsense." Known National Baron was in the same year by the television comedy series That Was the Week That Was, an American offshoot of the eponymous British success story.
