Sansevieria cylindrica is a species of the genus Sansevieria in the family of asparagus plants ( Asparagaceae ). The specific epithet cylindrica means (Latin cylindricus ) cylindrical, schlanksäulig, terete '.

Description

Sansevieria cylindrica grows as a perennial stemless succulent plant with 2.5 to 3.8 cm thick rhizomes, some of which have some basal scales. The 3-6 double-spaced asked terete leaves are upright, cylindrical or slightly compressed laterally. You can also spread, bent back or strong spread occur. The simple leaf blade is 60 to 150 inches long and at the bottom 2 to 3 inches thick. She is green or whitish green with dark green cross- bands. Sansevieria cylindrica is in Angola, Zambia and Zimbabwe in the arid lowlands to Luanda and from there south to Benguella, north spread to the mouth of the Congo high mostly under three to four feet dry woody plants.
