Santiago Morning

Club de Deportes Santiago Morning is a Chilean football club based in Santiago de Chile. The association, which once Chilean football champion to date, currently plays in the Primera División B and plays its home games at the Estadio Municipal de La Pintana from, which seats 6,000 spectators.

History

The Club Club de Deportes Santiago Morning was founded in 1903 in Santiago de Chile. The founding members were mostly students from the University of Santiago, the first Santiago FC called their club. The renaming was founded by a merger of Santiago FC with another capital club named Morningstar.

Even under the old name Santiago FC was today Santiago Morning in 1933, founding member of the Chilean Primera División.
