Sarah Drew

Sarah Drew ( born October 1, 1980 in Charlottesville, Virginia ) is an American actress.

Career

She is best known by her role as Hannah Rogers in Everwood. In June 2002, she married Peter Lanfer, the same year she finished her studies at the University of Virginia with a degree in theater. Since 2009 she plays the role of Dr. April Kepner in the U.S. medical drama Grey's Anatomy. It is also the second cousin of Benjamin McKenzie ( The OC ). She is the mother of a son (* 2012).
