Sargodha

Sargodha is a city in the Pakistani province of Punjab. It is located 175 km west of the city of Lahore and about the same distance south of the capital Islamabad. Sargodha had at the last census (1998) 458.440 inhabitants. Its economy is dominated traditionally agricultural, but it is also the location of a university and of Pakistan's largest airbase.
