The Sarpsborg Stadion is a football stadium in the Norwegian city of Sarpsborg in Østfold Fylke. It is the venue of the football first division club Sarpsborg 08 Fotballforening and was the home of the football clubs Sarpsborg FK and FK Sparta Sarpsborg. The stadium owned by the municipality Sarpsborg has 4,930 spectator seats. The sports complex consists of the covered grandstand; the uncovered grandstand on the back straight and two, drawn up behind the entrance gates, steel tube stands with seats under the open sky. The Standing Position in Stadionsüdkurve is no longer in use. In the long term, the stadium will be expanded. The away section is located in the East Stand.

The Sarpsborg Stadium was opened in 1930. In 2000, the stadium received a new grandstand with 1,178 seats and new dressing rooms. An extensive renovation followed in 2006. Since April 2009, the sports complex has a play area made of synthetic turf and in October of that year, a floodlight system was set up. As part of the reconstruction measures, the athletics track was removed.

In the 1970/71 season of Sarpsborg FK played in the Fairs Cup, and reached the first round of the English team Leeds United. In the first leg in Sarpsborg stadium of FK defeated Leeds United 0-1. After a 0-5 in the return match Sarpsborg FK was eliminated by eventual champions.
