The Sauklippe in the basement Forest is a 584.4 m above sea level. NN high, north-east side of the summit Hunsrück at Bad Arolsen in the basement ridge high in the northern Hessian Schwalm- Eder-Kreis.

Geographical location

The Sauklippe located in the southeast of Keller Forest and Nature Park basement Edersee. Your wooded hilltop rises 1.3 km (airline ) northeast of the Hunsrück ( 584.4 m above sea level. Just south past the crest of the Sauklippe the section Oberurff - Schiffelborn -Hunsrück runs the cellar forest walkway (156 km hiking trail in the Nature Park Keller - Lake Eder) and just west past the section Mount Liberty Jesberg of Lulluspfads (184 km hiking trail, the Lake Eder the with the Rennsteig connects ).
