Schönbach (river)

The Schönenbach is a creek on the Baar in southern Baden- Württemberg. He is a right tributary of the Danube flowing Elta.

The Schönenbach arises between Weigheim (city Villingen -Schwenningen ) and Shura (city Trossingen ) near the Wendelinskapelle. The source, the track well, is just a little west of the A81 still on Weigheimer district. It was verdohlt the construction of the highway. Shortly after the source receives inflows from the Kindle Fountain ( left) and from the Schalkenbühl (right).

The Schönenbach first flows east through Shura. Then he turns to the southeast and receives an influx of New Bach (right). He continues to flow through Durchhausen and Oberflacht. After about ten kilometers, just south of Seitingen, it flows into the there even shorter Elta, a tributary of the Danube.
