Sean Murray (actor)
Sean Murray (born 15 November 1977, in Bethesda, Maryland ) is an American- Australian actor.
Family
Murray's biological father, Craig Murray, was the Executive Officer of the USS Enterprise, an aircraft carrier of the United States Navy. His step- father is the director and film producer Donald P. Bellisario. His brother, Chad W. Murray, works in the television series NCIS as a post- production coordinator. His half-sister is actress Troian Bellisario. Murray has been married since 2005. The couple has two children, a daughter (* 2007) and a son (* 2010).
Biography
Sean Murray attended Bonita Vista Junior High ( now Bonita Vista Middle) in Chula Vista, California.
His first acting experience made Sean Murray at the age of 14 in a TV production. It was followed by appearances in the movie drama This Boy 's Life alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and youth in the movie Hocus Pocus. From 1993 to 1994, he played a major role in the series Go West.
Since 2003 he has been a Special Agent Timothy McGee regular on the successful crime series NCIS, where his stepsister Troian Bellisario plays his sister in some episodes.
