Secondigny

Secondigny is a commune with 1811 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Deux -Sèvres in the Poitou -Charentes; it belongs to the district of Parthenay and Canton Secondigny.

The community is located at the intersection of roads from Parthenay to Niort and Poitiers to La Roche- sur- Yon, about 20 km west of Parthenay on the banks of the river Thouet.
