Secrets in the Walls is an American television horror film directed by Christopher Leitch, in which the actress Jeri Ryan starred. He was erstausgestrahlt on October 24, 2010 in the United States on the Lifetime Movie Network. The DVD version was followed on 20 September 2011.
Action
The two sisters Molly and Lizzie draw with her mother Rachel out of town in an old house in a suburb. After some strange incidents Rachel begins on the history of the house to investigate and finds out that it was in the 1950s, the seventeen- year-old German Greta and her abusive husband. Greta disappeared without a trace at this time.
During a search of the house to discover Rachel and her brother finally been nailed Greta's skeleton behind the wall of Lizzie's bedroom. The scratch marks on the wooden back of the wall suggest that Greta was nailed alive there. Both assume that Greta with the discovery of their remains can rest in peace. After she was arrested but so long and was therefore almost cheated out of the rest of her life, she is not willing to submit to the wishes of the two. They used their power to carry a necklace that belonged to her when she was still alive, to swap with the same age Lizzie places. Only Lizzie's sister Molly, who usually gives no faith, falls on the exchange.
In the meantime occurs Rachels friend who is experienced in dealing with ghosts, to the events added to remove Greta's mind. She does not notice that Greta and Lizzie have swapped places. Rachel feels morally obliged to tell the potential buyer of their experiences and the past of the house. These will hold you but crazy and ignore the warning.
However, Rachel seems to be satisfied with the trial and moves with her two daughters and her brother about it. The very last scene shows how the new owners go into the house and Greta's mind hinunterstarrt from one of the upstairs window on it.
